Washington, D.C.

Inspired by Bill Rankin’s map of Chicago and using U.S. Census data from 2000, Eric Fischer created city maps on which each dot represents 25 people. The dots are color-coded by race/ethnicity: Red means white, blue means black, orange represents Hispanics, and green means Asian.
